Built in 1940, the Owner at that time named the building after his 2 sons Al and Cliff. While managed by DavisPaul Management Group out of San Francisco, the current Owners are Spokane residents and committed to giving the onsite manager everything needed to make the Alcliff Apartments the Best place to live in Browne’s Addition. The Management
You’ll find our Onsite Manager Abby and her husband available 24/7 to help with any needs or concerns. They are attentive and friendly while respecting Tenant privacy. Abby’s 19 years of Apartment Management Experience is quickly noticable in her Professionalism.

At Oak and Pacific on #60/#61 bus lines offering an easy commute to any Downtown activities or work. Both Bus lines connect to the Downtown Plaza in about 5 minutes or take the bus the other direction for easy access to the Airport.
